“We offer free support to help you towards better health and wellbeing.
Who is it for? It’s for anyone of all ages and backgrounds who want advice and support on their health and wellbeing. Our door is open even if you’re just looking for a friendly chat.
We provide:
- Free blood pressure checks
- Accessing mental health, loneliness and wellbeing services
- Access to local charities, social support services and support groups
- Digital support and signposting
- Free health check using our Sisu digital health station
- Free drop-in sessions, bookable clinics and events
- Friendly guidance from our health connectors
- We can also help you to improve your digital skills
We’re a designated Safe Space. If a vulnerable person needs help, we’ll call someone the vulnerable person trusts or to one of the numbers on an emergency contact list provided to the premises. We’ll reassure and keep the vulnerable person safe until the situation resolves.”
